2008 Chinese Auction
May 31, 2008 Webkinz Raffle Info Nintendo Wii Raffle Info The Chinese Auction was a huge hit at last years’ Fiesta! We are excited to announce the following enhancements to this years’ auction: Tickets will be available for purchase before the Fiesta for anyone who would like to have them ahead of time, or is unable to attend the Fiesta. We will be selling them at the St. Rita Fiesta Booth at R. L. Thomas High School Garage Sale on May 31st. Tickets will also be available at the Parish Office beginning Monday, June 2nd (see Sharon Pucher or Lisa Hendershot). Using the list of auction items you will be able to indicate which item you want to put your auction ticket’s into. Ticket prices are 10 for $5.00 or 25 for $10.00 – it’s inexpensive enough to try your luck at every item! • Prizes will be on display at the Chinese Auction table under the big tent. • You decide which prize(s) you want to try to win, and put your ticket(s) in the gold box for that prize. You can put all of your tickets in one box or split them among several; it’s your choice! • You don’t need to be present to win. Winners will be drawn and announced at the end of the fiesta on Saturday night and will be notified via phone to make arrangements to pick up the prize at the parish office.
