Liturgy
Notes for Jun/Jul/Aug
- THANK YOU for all your help over Holy Week/Easter.
We count on you to make the liturgies flow smoothly and we weren’t
disappointed!
- THANK YOU, too, to all who gave me their summer
availability ahead of time. I know that conflicts will arise as the
summer goes on. PLEASE get a sub when you can’t make an assignment. The
“regulars” you’re counting on to take your place may be on vacation,
too!
- Remember to call the scheduled leader or the parish office
if you can’t make an assignment at the last minute and didn’t find a
sub so someone knows ahead of time that you need a
replacement.
Thank you!!!!
- CONGRATULATIONS! To our graduating seniors:
Michele DiRaimo, Vicky Alfieri and Christina Smith. (Let me know if I
missed anybody!) Seniors, let me know if you’ll still be available to
serve in the fall.
Scheduling Note: In the summer I
especially try to “double up” as much as possible so I don’t monopolize
your weekends. If you do more than one ministry, be sure to
check
both on the weekends you are scheduled. You’re probably doing more than
one thing that weekend.

Lectors
Thanks to Orrie Capone who found this website. http://www.podcastalley.com/player/player.php?pod_id=43329
You can listen to the weekend readings being read. It’s helpful to hear
it out loud.
Eucharistic Ministers
- Just a reminder: when you receive your vessel, go directly
to your station. No need to wait for everyone else.
- For the time being, please use the hand sanitizer on the
baptismal font before and after distributing communion.
Remember
that schedules and notes are posted on the parish website. Go
to (http://www.saintrita.org)
under “Ministries”, then “Liturgical Ministries”.
NOTE: When
you get to the schedules, use the far right scroll bar to
find the other schedules. Otherwise you’ll only see the Leader schedule.
