Liturgy Notes for Sep/Oct Save the Date!!!!! These Saturday mornings have become a special fall mini-retreat for our parish ministers. Please make every effort to take advantage of this opportunity. OOPS! Best of luck to Catherine Sutera, one of our graduating seniors. I missed her on the last schedule. The next schedule will run from November-January. It’s too hard to get schedules out the end of December. If you’ll be going away in January, please let me know. Christmas/New Year will be by sign-up only. Substitutes are listed at the bottom of some schedules. They are on your phone list but are not active on the schedule. Please feel free to call them. Summer is winding down and, while appropriate dress may be somewhat relaxed during the summer, please give some thought to whether your clothes are suitable when you are dressing to serve. Lectors Orders for Lector Workbooks will be placed by the end of September. If you definitely don’t want one let me know so we don’t order it. Otherwise we order one for every lector. It is valuable resource that the parish makes available to all lectors, regardless of ability to pay. The cost is less than last year, $10. Leaders Having trouble balancing the hymnal and reading all those pages? Feel free to get a music stand from behind the altar. Just be sure to move it back out of the way when you move the mike after the intercessions. Remember that schedules and notes are posted on the parish website.
